First off, hold something frozen in your hand for as long as you can. This will cool down your body for up to an hour and will decrease your temperature by as much as 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a damp towel behind your neck, on your forehead, on the inside of your wrists and elbows, and on the backs of your knees. These points will naturally cool the rest of your body down.
